IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

No. 4 of a Kind Casino has no minimum order size in order to accommodate all clients.

HOW DOES A CASINO PARTY WORK?

We are a casino rental company that specialize in casino theme events. 4 of a Kind Casino provides casino tables, dealers and all casino equipment (casino chips, casino play money and raffle tickets) for your guest to enjoy for your event.

No one wins or loses any real money, it's an entertainment for your guests to enjoy with each other the casino atmosphere.

HOW DO I BOOK?

When booking with 4 of a Kind Casino you will receive an invoice via email to place a security deposit for the date and time requested. Security deposits is typically 25%-30% of total amount and, once paid for, will secure your booking with us.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

A security deposit can be paid through PayPal, Venmo, Check, Credit Card, Square (by person), and is Non-Refundable*. The non -refundable deposit would be apply to future party by arrangement with owner of company. The security deposit will be used towards the total amount of the event on agreed date and time and total difference will be paid by cash.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL CASINO PARTY LEAST?

Standard renting is for up to 4 hours. Prices are adjusted if you need tables for a shorter period of time please make note of that when contacting us.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We encourage you to make reservations at least 10 days in advance. However, we understand that Casino Nights can sometimes be a last minute thought and we will still do our best to accommodate.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

When a security deposit has been paid, you can add or subtract equipment rentals up until the 5th day of event. You can cancel your event 72 hours/4 days  before the event however, the security deposit is non-refundable. Also, if time changes need to be adjusted contact company.

DO WE NEED TO TIP THE DEALERS?

Gratuities are not included in the pricing but tips are very much appreciated. As with any service or entertainment profession, tipping is based on the level of your satisfaction. An average tip is approximately 15%-20% added to the final payment. You may add the tip to the final payment and we'll take care of distributing the tip to the dealers for you.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PRIZE FOR THE CASINO NIGHT?

No, but from our experience, your guests will enjoy themselves a lot more if they feel like they have something to play for. We recommend small items for raffles such as gift cards, movies tickets, and/or alcohol (not for anyone under the age of 21).

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY POLICY?

Our team will arrive 1-2 hours before event starts for setup. If you need an earlier set up, an additional charge will be applied.

Please provide specific instructions for setup and delivery (such as stairs well, indoor/outdoor and elevators).
